Terms of sale

Prices

All prices are in Moldovan lei and include VAT. The price on the product page is the final amount you hand the courier: we add no cash-on-delivery fee.

Delivery cost is shown before you place the order.

Your order

An order is recorded when you place it and becomes firm once we confirm it by phone. We usually call within about 15 minutes, between 09:00 and 20:00.

If an item sells out between placement and confirmation, we tell you and cancel at no cost to you.

Payment

Payment is on delivery only, cash or card to the courier. We accept no online payments and store no banking details.

Delivery

We deliver within the Republic of Moldova. Delivery in Chișinău is free; elsewhere the courier rate applies and is shown at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and depend on the courier.

Conformity of goods

We are liable for any non-conformity existing at the time of delivery. If what arrives does not match the order or is defective, you may ask for repair, replacement, a price reduction or your money back.

Please raise it with us as soon as you notice.

Authenticity

We sell authentic perfume only. We publish the batch code for every product and keep the purchase document for every batch.

Complaints

Write to email — to be completed or call phone — to be completed. We reply as quickly as we can.

If we cannot resolve it, you may take the matter to the national consumer protection authority.

Contract language

The contract may be concluded in Romanian, Russian or English. Where versions differ, the Romanian version prevails.
