Prices

All prices are in Moldovan lei and include VAT. The price on the product page is the final price of the product. Delivery outside Chișinău is not included in it: the buyer pays it directly to the carrier, at the carrier's rates.

Delivery cost is shown before you place the order.

Your order

An order is recorded when you place it and becomes firm once we confirm it by phone. We work 24/7.

If an item sells out between placement and confirmation, we tell you and cancel at no cost to you.

Payment

Payment is on delivery only, in cash. We accept no online payments and store no banking details.

Delivery

We deliver within the Republic of Moldova. In Chișinău the courier delivers the same day, free for orders from 500 lei; below that, the delivery cost shows in the cart before you order. Elsewhere the parcel is handed to a carrier and arrives in 2–⁠3 working days, and the buyer pays for delivery directly to the carrier when receiving the parcel, at the carrier's rates. The seller neither sets nor collects that cost.

Delivery times are estimates and depend on the courier.

Conformity of goods

We are liable for any non-⁠conformity existing at the time of delivery. If what arrives does not match the order or is defective, you may ask for repair, replacement, a price reduction or your money back.

Please raise it with us as soon as you notice.

Original products

We sell original perfume only. We encourage you to check the parcel before you pay.

Complaints

Write to email — to be completed or call 062 067 453. We reply as quickly as we can.

If we cannot resolve it, you may take the matter to the national consumer protection authority.

Contract language

The contract may be concluded in Romanian, Russian or English. Where versions differ, the Romanian version prevails.
