What we collect and why

To deliver an order we need:

• Your phone number — to confirm the order and so the courier can reach you. Without it we cannot deliver.
• Your name — for the courier and the delivery document.
• Locality and address — for the delivery itself.
• Email, if you give one — for the invoice only. We do not send newsletters.
• Order details — what you bought, at what price, when.

Legal basis

We process this to perform the contract of sale: without a phone number and an address there is no delivery.

We also keep order history to meet our accounting and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

The courier delivering your parcel — name, phone and address, strictly what is needed to deliver.

We do not sell data, do not pass it on for advertising, and do not transfer it abroad without a clear legal basis.

How long we keep it

Order data is kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time for:

• access to the data we hold about you
• correction, if it is wrong
• erasure, within the limits of our legal obligations
• restriction of, or objection to, processing
• a copy of your data in a readable format

Exercising your rights

Write to email — to be completed or call phone — to be completed. We reply within 30 days at the latest.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the national personal data protection authority.

Security

Access to order data is limited to the people who process orders. Site traffic is encrypted. If an incident occurs that could affect you, we will inform you and notify the authority within the deadlines the law sets.
