How you pay
You pay on delivery, to the courier. We never ask for a card online and store no banking data — because we do not need any.
Cash on deliveryCard to the courier
We pay the cash-on-delivery fee
Many shops add a collection fee that only appears at the door, when the courier asks for more than the site said. We absorb it. The price on the product page is exactly what you hand the courier.
Order confirmation
We call you back within about 15 minutes between 09:00 and 20:00 to confirm address and timing. Orders placed overnight are confirmed in the morning.
