Cookies

This site uses cookies to work and, only if you accept, Google Analytics cookies, so we can see which perfumes are looked for and bought. No advertising.

What we use

Only what the site needs to work:

  • Your cart. Encrypted, holds nothing but which item and how many, expires after 30 days. Prices never travel in it — they are recalculated on the server every time.
  • Your chosen language. Written only when you switch it yourself, never automatically, expires after a year.
  • Admin session cookies. They appear only when staff sign in and do not concern you as a visitor.

Analytics, only with your consent

If you accept in the bar at the foot of the page, we use Google Analytics 4, a Google service. It shows us, added up over all visitors, which pages and perfumes are viewed, what goes into the cart and what is ordered — so we know what to keep in stock and what to show first.

Without consent the Google script does not load at all, and no analytics cookie is written.

  • The _ga and _ga_<code> cookies tell one browser from another without knowing who you are. They expire after 13 months.
  • Google receives the pages opened; the perfumes viewed, added to the cart and ordered, with their price and the order number; the kind of device and browser; your approximate city, worked out from your IP address, which Google Analytics does not store.
  • Google does not receive your name, phone, address or email. The address of the order confirmation page goes without its key.
  • Google processes the data as our processor, may keep it on servers outside the country, including in the USA, and deletes it from Google Analytics after 14 months at most. Google signals for advertising and ad personalisation are switched off.

What we do not use

There are no social pixels, no ad networks, no advertising profiles, and nothing is shared for marketing. Google Analytics is the only analytics tool, and only with your consent.

Fonts and images are served from our own server, so until you accept analytics your browser makes no requests to outside services when you open the site.

Bot protection

The site is delivered through a network that filters automated traffic, so the order form is not flooded by bots. To tell a visitor from a bot it may write a short-lived technical cookie. It is not used for advertising and does not follow which pages you read.

Local storage

If you dismiss the bar offering the Russian version, your browser remembers that locally so we stop showing it. It stays on your device and never reaches us.

Your answer in the cookie bar is kept locally too, for a year; then we ask again. If you accepted, your browser also keeps the numbers of the last orders sent to Google Analytics, so one order is not counted twice.

Deleting them

You can clear cookies in your browser settings at any time. Your cart will empty and the language will revert to Romanian.

You can change your analytics consent at any time from “Cookie settings” at the foot of every page. If you refuse, Google Analytics stops and its cookies are deleted.
